Subsidies

Subsidies on sustainable energy are available at European, national, provincial and regional level. Necessary investments which are needed to come to the reduction of the Energy Performance Coefficient or Energy Index, can be financed for a large part with subsidies or a so called 'green mortgage'. ZON Energy Group has knowledge of investments, applications and the handling of subsidies and therefore we are able to take care of all these matters for you.

EIA and 'Green finance'
ZON Energy Group makes use of EIA regulations and 'Green finance'. The benefits we obtain by making use of these regulations will all be used for the ZON Energy project itself.

'Green mortgage'
'Green mortgage' is a kind of loan which can be used to obtain a much cheaper mortgage. This mortgage offers the possibility to cover a significant part of the founding costs. 'Green mortgage' can be obtained by a 'green bank' which is approved by the ministry of VROM. Depending on the project, more subsidies can be obtained on a provincial, regional as well as an European level. We can discuss and use these possibilities during the 'quick scan'.
